Where is my invoice?
Your invoice is sent as an attachment to the email you provided at the point of purchase. Please check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
How Do I Register My Warranty?
Your invoice is your proof of purchase should you have any warranty issues and need proof of purchase.
How Long Is My Warranty?
Between 1-5 years depending on the model. See individual product pages for more information. Porducts that have warranties longer than 2 years require annual serving to comply with the manufacturer's extended warranties.
What Assembly is Required?
This varies from model to model. Please refer to your manual for assembly instructions.
Starting and Maintenance
Why Can I Not Get My Product To Start / Work?
This could be down to a number of things. Have you read the instructions? Do you have the battery inserted properly? Is the battery fully charged? Are the contacts clean? Are you using the correct fuel mixture? Are you using fresh petrol? Check all these issues first.
