How do I place an order?

At Capitools UK we like to make ordering for our customers as easy as possible, you can order directly on our website, 24 hours a day or if you prefer to order by phone or in person, you can speak to a knowledgeable member of our sales team by phone or come and visit us in our London Colney premises.

How can I make payment?

We accept most major credit cards, cash payments and cheques. We can accept payment online , by phone or in person using chip and pin and cash. All our online payments are secured and encrypted.

How long does Delivery take?

We aim to despatch all in stock items on a Next Day Delivery service.  Some machines and products may require longer processing time, we will advise this on the product page.  All orders are sent with Tracked And Traced Delivery and we will advise by email details about the delivery and order details.

How Do I track my order with Capitools?

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send by email a confirmation of your order and details of the delivery. This will include tracking details and when to expect the delivery of your goods. We may deliver some products (includes tractors and larger garden machinery) using our own in-house delivery, if this delivery method is required for your order, we will provide a courtesy call to advise a suitable delivery time and date.

Where do you ship?

Captiools UK ships the UK Mainland. Some remote areas of country may incur additional charges. We are sorry but at the moment we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and Scottish Isles.
